I joined the Heather Peterson Design team after several years in advertising and I’m so excited to be able to combine my marketing and client services background with my growing interest in interior design. I live in South Minneapolis with my husband and our dog, Milo. On weekends you can find me dreaming up my next travel destination, walking around one of the lakes in Minneapolis, or relaxing at the family cabin.

Fresh Flowers
I love having fresh flowers of any kind in my home, but especially love tulips of every color. Visiting the tulip fields in Amsterdam is on my bucket list.
Copenhagen
This happy little city is magical all year round, but I especially love it during the holidays when it’s filled with pastries, coffee, candle light and hygge.
Scandinavia Dreaming
This book was a gift (my family and friends know my love for all things nordic) and the interiors pictured are beautiful and everything I love about Scandinavian design - simple and functional while still being warm and cozy.
Broders’ Pasta Bar
My go-to restaurant recommendation for anyone visiting Minneapolis. Is there anything better than fresh pasta and a glass of wine?
Milo
A perfect day for me would definitely involve walking around Lake Harriet with my dog Milo and looking at all the beautiful houses here in Minneapolis.
Slippers
If I’m at home, there is a 100% chance I’m wearing slippers. I love that this pair is chic enough to wear outside the house while still being as comfortable as can be!
